Whilst the extended opening times are great if you want a morning appointment you have to make sure you are up at 6:30am otherwise you have to wait until 1pm to try for an afternoon appointment. Never had a problem though getting an appointment on the day but pre-bookable ones are always quite a long way off.

The receptionists are genuinely helpful and friendly. The doctors are fantastic. The opening hours are extended for people who are working, so early and late appointments plus weekends too. It's the best surgery I have every been with. Couldn't recommend them higher!

I have always found the surgery staff to be extremely helpful, and have never failed to obtain an appointment with a doctor the same day. The early and late clinic hours plus the possibility of emergency appointments on Saturdays and Sundays is real bonus, and the service afforded by the surgery is the best I have ever enjoyed. I also find it extremely useful to be able to request repeat prescriptions by e-mail without having to make an appointment each time with a doctor - it is very efficient for both parties. The only thing I would mention in this connection is a request that surgery staff read the e-mails properly to ensure that the correct prescriptions are produced (there have been several instances where the wrong medication or too many or too few items have been prescribed).

I cannot speak too highly about the staff and doctor, the service is first class.
